The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing a preventative maintenance programme for buildings, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. They will also be required to manage health, safety and security issues; maintain good housekeeping; examine utilities consumption; oversee and manage new store constructions; maintain all aspects of our 20 retail stores; source and negotiate with contractors and manage all retail store projects.

Qualifications/Experience:
• Matric + NTC3- Electrical Installations
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in industrial maintenance
• Proven track record in maintenance installations larger than MVA
• Registered as an Installation Electrician with DOL
• Design and CAD skill would be an advantage
• Fully Computer literate: Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook
