Strategic Projects Manager
The Strategic Projects Manager would typically go through a year long programme across the value chain but specialising in projects in their area of interest and or potential. The programme consists of formal courses, e-learning, project work, mentoring and coaching. The position reports to the Director and is a self driven programme, the bulk of which focuses on project work. After the programme, the person would be placed in a key position at an Senior Executive Level and be a part of the Senior Executive Team.

A key factor is mobility as whilst the position is based in Johannesburg, it might require travel for periods of time to the regions if the need arises. The Strategic Projects Manager programme is an enormous investment both from a cost and resource point of view.
We are looking for high potential individuals with a proven track record within their profession.
They should currently be employed in a senior leadership position and have progressed through their careers fairly quickly.
A completed degree is essential, post grad qualification is preferred.

Tertiary qualification
MBA
Minimum eight years experience at a Senior Leadership level
A proven track record of consistently outstanding performance is an essential pre-requisite for consideration for this position
