We placed an ad on the Homecoming website. The response was small but with very high calibre candidates. An applicant applied to our advert through the Homecoming wesbsite, she flew to SA to attend interviews. She attended 2 interviews and was offered a position with one of our large Durban based organizations. She flew back to the UK to resign and then returned to Durban to start with her new company.
